SMobile Monitor & Control provides the enterpise with insignt into the communication behaviors of their employees and supports Windows Mobile®, Symbian Series 60®, BlackBerry® and Google Android smartphones.

Whether it’s Data Leakage Protection (DLP) or protecting against misconduct, enterprises need to be able to monitor and control the mobile activities of their employees. By enabling the monitoring and control feature for select devices, or globally for all users, enterprises can view

• All pictures taken by, sent and received by a device
• The content of all SMS/MMS and E-mail messages
• Voice Call Logs
• Employee location at any given moment
• Employee Address Book information

How it Works

Monitor & Control enables the enterprise to identify, log and track all communications to and from the device. Through the policy manager in the Mobile Security Management console an administrator can choose to enable the Monitor & Controls service for a single employee or the entire device population. Once the policy is established, all future communications will be logged by the Security Shield client and reported to the management console for evaluation.

SMobile’s Mobile Security Management console has the ability to notify the IT administrator in the event a designated keyword or an illicit image has been detected. Through automated scanning technologies SMobile helps the enterprise manage the task of sorting through arbitrary communications in an effort to filter only those communications of concern.
